The person you chat with will handle canceling of your credit card, but you will have to provide details like your credit card number and your name.

There are people that will not want to take the online option no matter how easy it looks, and another option they can fall back to is the phone option. This process requires you to call the telephone number written on the back of your credit card, or you can visit the official website and get their customer service number.
